All data generated while using the app — Training Logs, Custom Presets, and Settings — is stored locally on your device. This data is never sent to our servers or any third-party services.
If you uninstall the app, this data is removed from your device entirely.
Sparring Pro does not integrate with any third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or tracking tools. There are no hidden SDKs or trackers collecting your information.
Sparring Pro is a training utility tool. The calorie estimation and intensity breakdowns are approximations based on general averages and user input. They are not medical advice.
We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents during training. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise program.
